SI&CO is a London based architecture and interiors studio specialising in residential refurbishments with character, alongside selected hospitality projects.

We work with clients who want spaces that feel considered and individual, approaching each project through architectural thinking rather than a fixed aesthetic. Our work focuses on clarity of space, proportion, materiality, and detail, creating environments that are refined, functional, and enduring.

Our projects are best suited to clients seeking thoughtful, non traditional refurbishments rather than conventional period pastiche. Alongside residential work, SI&CO undertakes a limited number of hospitality projects where atmosphere and spatial identity are central.
